We're looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our team as an AfterSales and Services Coordinator . In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our projects run smoothly and our clients receive top-notch service. You will manage a variety of responsibilities, from project planning and execution to client relations and operational support. Responsibilities Serving as the main point of contact for clients, managing their needs for Aftersales and technical services and coordinating with our external partners. Keeping clients and internal teams informed with timely and accurate project updates. Overseeing projects from start to finish, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion. Guiding our technicians to ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets our quality standards. Submitting warranty claims to factories. Collaborating with various departments to ensure all necessary parts and resources are available for projects. Qualifications A Diploma or higher in an Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration discipline. Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Great communication, phone, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in both English and Cantonese. While Marine Industry experience is ideal, we are keen to meet candidates from the automotive sector.
