Growth Product Manager

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager with strong marketing insight and channel-driven thinking to lead user growth initiatives in a crypto exchange environment. This role will focus on building and optimizing marketing activity systems and channel traffic frameworks to drive user acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design and optimize marketing activities and conversion mechanisms across the full user lifecycle, including but not limited to Marketing Campaigns, Campaign Platform, continuously improving product performance and user experience. Proactively improve product flows, system processes, and user experience, refine activity mechanics and risk control strategies, and enhance operational tools to drive key business metrics. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure rapid execution and delivery of product initiatives, while continuously iterating based on data insights and user behavior analysis. Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies, identify potential risks and growth opportunities, and translate business objectives and user feedback into scalable product improvements that enhance growth efficiency and operational impact. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in user growth or growth-related product roles; proven growth product cases are a strong plus. Hands‑on experience in Web3 / blockchain; an active crypto user with strong familiarity with exchange marketing activities and growth mechanics. Solid product planning and system design capabilities, with excellent communication, coordination, and project ownership skills. Strong analytical and judgment abilities, data‑driven mindset, and clear logical thinking; able to guide requirements and prioritize effectively. Creative thinker with strong user empathy and insight, highly sensitive to product details and user experience. Self‑motivated, proactive, and highly responsible, with strong ownership and execution mindset.
