Position overview Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior CRM Executive to join our team. As a CRM marketer, you will be joining a small team to play a key role in developing and executing innovative CRM strategy and campaigns to achieve our business objectives; and to ensure smooth customer journey within Vita Green. Who we’re looking for Degree holder in Business, Marketing or similar field with at least 2 years working experience in CRM field, preferably in Retail / FMCG industry, less experience will be considered as a CRM Executive; With proven record in implementing CRM program, campaign management and customer lifecycle management; Customer Centric mindset; Experience working with external agency, e.g. Creative agency and external vendor; Strong data analytic skills, capable of interpreting ad performance data and providing improvement recommendations; Proactive, detail minded and able to work independently in the fast-paced environment; Good communication and presentation skills to all level of stakeholders; Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output Why Join Us We value your professional and personal growth – fostering a positive work culture is our priority.
