Join us in our mission to inspire creativity and joy through our unique offerings Role Overview We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Finance and Administration Manager to provide integrated leadership for our finance, administrative, and human resources functions. This pivotal role requires a professional who can ensure robust financial control and reporting for our Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas entities, while also efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our office administration and HR support services. The ideal candidate will be a pragmatic leader with a background in manufacturing or trading. Financial Operations Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance for HK, PRC, and overseas entities. Provide strategic financial analysis and advice to senior management on business performance, investment opportunities, and risk management. Prepare and present timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Lead the annual audit process and ensure compliance with all local and international financial regulations. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and tax filings. Administration & Office Management Manage and oversee all aspects of general office administration to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services; manage vendor contracts and relationships. Ensure the maintenance and security of office facilities and assets. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Human Resources Management Take the lead on HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant HK and PRC employment ordinances and regulations. Support performance management processes and assist in resolving employee relations matters. Coordinate training and development activities to support staff growth. Lead, mentor, and develop team members within the finance and admin functions. Drive the optimization of business systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics365/Business Central is a significant advantage. Implement and strengthen internal controls across finance and administrative processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role that encompasses both finance and administration/HR responsibilities. Experience in manufacturing or trading is preferred. Mandatory strong expertise in PRC accounting standards and regulations. Proven ability to handle full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. Solid experience in ERP systems implementation; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central is a strong plus. A self‑motivated, pragmatic, and hands‑on leader with excellent problem‑solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple disciplines. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. We offer attractive remuneration packages to the successful candidates.
