IT Administrator

Job Title: IT Administrator / IT Specialist Job Responsibilities Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of company computers, servers, networks, and related equipment to ensure stable system operation. Provide technical support for employees regarding computer, software, and network usage issues. Install and configure various applications and system software to maintain stable and efficient operations. Regularly inspect and update systems, perform data backups, and implement IT security measures. Assist in optimizing company IT processes and office systems to improve overall efficiency. Handle day-to-day IT-related requests and ad-hoc technical issues within the company. Requirements Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Proficient in computer hardware, network setup and maintenance, Windows systems, and common office software. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration preferred. Responsible, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and coordination skills. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; basic English proficiency is required.
