Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end customer account opening, ensure a smooth and efficient experience Conduct thorough Know Your Client (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks in strict adherence to SFC regulations and internal AML/CFT policies Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses regarding daily client notifications, trade confirmations, and account statements, account information, transactions, and company products/services Facilitate high-quality client account maintenance, including processing updates to personal details, and authorized signatories, etc. Liaise with counterparties and banking partners to assist clients with the external bank account opening process Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor and management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred) Proven experience in operations and administration within the financial industry Strong understanding of fund administration, investment processes, and regulatory compliance Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin Application Questions How many years' experience do you have as an Operations Associate?
