Role Purpose
- Co-ordinate and implement the re-development of HK Express HRIS Transformation project.
- Provide functional support in areas of core HR, payroll, recruitment, performance management and learning management.
- Assist on data integration and mapping process, ensure security, end-user access and data integrity across all HR platforms.
- Provide functional and UAT support such as managing enquiries from internal stakeholders, managing data integrity, system errors etc.
- Prepare and draft procedures/training manuals/guidelines/ HR process maps, maintain documentation and conduct user training.
- Develop and update HR analytics reports for management review and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Degree holder, preferable major in Human Resources, Information system or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years relevant experience in HRIS related fields, especially with payroll systems. Familiar with HR Analytics.
- Project management skills, knowledge in SAP Success Factors applications strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and written in an organized and concise manner.
- Experience in documenting and mapping of HR processes.
- Data and Analytic driven.
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a team. Eager to learn.
