Main responsibilities
- Provide essential administration support within the OCC section;
- Maintain records, document control, and publication for OCC Operations Standard team;
Role Purpose
- Seek advice from superiors to make decisions significantly affecting operational security and safety risk tolerability regarding aircraft operations;
- Ensure operations under their responsible areas are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and HKEA’s policies, standards, and requirements;
- Verify invoices for the Operations Control Centre;
- Maintain relevant records of the OCC Operations Standard team, such as document control records, OCCN, CCLN, and OSM acknowledgment records and training records of OCC personnel;
- Be responsible for the publication of OCCN and CCLN;
- Take minutes of the OCC Standard Meeting;
- Provide general administrative support in the Operations Control Centre;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors;
- Participate in specific working groups as assigned by superiors.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong number and mathematical sense;
- Strong knowledge in QMS;
- Experience in general clerical work preferred;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.
