Our client is a leading asset management and investment firm. Responsibilities Execute and coordinate a wide range of corporate finance and capital market transactions including pre‑IPO investments, IPOs, cross‑border mergers & acquisitions, and financial advisory for Hong Kong and PRC clients. Build and maintain relationships with investors, issuers, shareholders, banking and lending institutions, etc. Perform market research, pitching material, due diligence, financial analysis, modeling and forecasts. Work closely with other professional parties on the transaction assignments. Communicate with regulatory authorities. Keep abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations. Requirements Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines. Over 8 years solid experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Current holder of Responsible Officer licenses registered under SFC Type 6, Type 1 and Type 4. Experience in execution of IPO, Corporate Financial Advisory & Mergers and Acquisitions with completed multiple transactions. Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and the Takeovers code and relevant rules and regulations. Analytical, self‑motivated and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
