Coordinator / Manager, Alumni Relations & Partnerships The School is looking for a dynamic, self‑driven and passionate individual responsible for actively engaging our diverse alumni network and cultivating strategic partnerships that would help advance the School’s vision and goals. This role will report to the Vice‑Principal of Administration and Finance and work closely with the Alumni Association in coordinating a wide range of alumni events and communications, as well as providing critical support for identifying, cultivating and stewarding external partnerships that expand opportunities for our current students and alumni. The individual will be excited by strengthening local and global alumni ties, organising outreach programmes and collaborating with the Parent Teacher Association and internal teams, including the University Counselling and Corporate Communications departments. Overall, the Coordinator / Manager will play a key role in fostering lifelong connections, enhancing the school’s visibility, and contributing to the overall success of the School’s external relations efforts. The successful candidate can look forward to career development as our connections with partners continue to expand and grow. Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder or higher in marketing, communications, business administration, public relations, or related disciplines. At least 3 years of relevant experience in alumni relations, public relations or related fields within the education sector. Individuals with more experience may be considered for a more senior position. Hands‑on skills in content creation, database management and event management. Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) with strong communication skills. Self‑driven and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organisational skills and a collaborative mindset.
