Role Purpose Plays a critical role in shaping and maintaining the company's brand image and fostering a positive organizational culture. We’re looking for creative individuals who embodies the Gotta Go spirit with a growth mindset, open to change, passionate about brand storytelling and radiates positivity. This position requires creative thinking, strong attention to details and with the ability to multi-task efficiently with quick turnarounds. You will work closely with the Head of Brand, as well as various internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and manage creative outputs with the creative team, aligning to brand direction and creative guidelines. Key Responsibilities Strategically develop and localize brand plans to position HK Express as a leading Low-Cost Carrier in key markets in Asia Coordinate and support executions of the brand plans across multiple markets simultaneously Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all departments and external partners. Coordinate and liaise with internal as well as third party partners for campaign executions Assist in developing maximum targeted brand exposure through participation in corporate events, exhibitions, sponsorships, merchandising and partnerships Assist in brand health research to evaluate consumer trends and market conditions, analyze consumer feedback, competitor data, establish customer intimacy, and identify growth opportunities obtained from various sources Support ad-hoc duties as assigned. Work with cross-departmental business units to bring alive brand values and personality through internal branding Be a brand guardian and a supportive team player Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, creative agency or related fields. Minimum 3-4 years of experience and understanding of non-Hong Kong, Asian markets would be prioritized. Chinese Mainland experience is a plus Strong understanding of branding principles and experience in developing and implementing brand plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Creative thinker with a keen eye for brand designs, market trends and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal & written in English & Traditional Chinese Ability of creative copywriting or social media content creation, is a plus Knowledge of the aviation industry or experience in the travel industry is a plus. A genuine passion for branding and brand marketing is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of the importance of brand management and the ability to create and nurture a positive organizational culture. Creative Thinking: possess strong creative thinking skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Strategic Mindset: have a strategic mindset and the ability to align brand and culture initiatives with the company's overall goals and objectives. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying the brand message and developing creative campaigns Collaboration and Relationship Building: Brand Manager will work closely with various internal teams, external partners, and senior management. Therefore, the ability to collaborate effectively, build relationships, and influence others is essential. Organizational and Project Management Skills: Have excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Cultural Sensitivity: Working in a diverse environment, he/she should possess cultural sensitivity and the ability to understand and respect different perspectives with a broad mindset.
