SMS Operation Manager, in-house permanent role, up to 800k Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of SMS delivery, ensuring high availability and reliability of services. Identify inefficiencies within the SMS operations and implement solutions to streamline processes, improve performance, and reduce costs. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for SMS operations, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Work closely with customer service and product teams to address client needs and enhance user experience with SMS offerings. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to telecommunications and data privacy. Oversee relationships with third‑party service providers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Manage operational budgets, including forecasting for resource needs and controlling expenditures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field. Over 3 years of experience in operations management within the telecommunications sector, with a focus on SMS or messaging services. Strong understanding of SMS technologies, protocols, and industry trends. Proven track record in process improvement and operational efficiency. Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
