Qualifications & Attributes Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of credit card products, strong financial acumen, and proven product management skills. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities. Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and successful marketing campaigns. Prior experience in cobrand partnership management is an advantage.
