To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a high calibre for a Team Head in Credit Card Product Acquisition & Partnership under Card Product team. About the role Reporting to the Card Product Head, you will lead a small team in formulating card product planning, product launch and developing marketing strategies in driving card acquisition. You are responsible for developing partnerships with new merchants and proposing card offer programs for increasing card business. You are required to monitor sales channel performance (e.g. Branches, Direct Sales and Digital Banking etc.) and support card product enhancement and digital development projects. You have to work with marketing team on promotion campaigns and liaise with card associations in new card projects. In addition, you need to manage card P&L and business portfolio analysis to achieve card objectives and to maximize business profits. The successful applicant To qualify, the successful individual must possess: Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or other related disciplines. Minimum 8-10 years working experience in card product and acquisition in banks required. Solid card product development knowledge with proven track record in driving card business. Good business sense, excellent project management skills and leadership. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
