Head of Credit Card (Acquisition and Cobrand) This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced credit card professional to join our client, a well established local bank as the Section Head of Credit Card (acquisition and cobrand). In this full-time role based in Hong Kong Island, you will play a key strategic role in driving the growth of the bank's credit card business. What you’ll be doing Develop acquisition strategies aimed at various segments to enhance the bank's value and expand the credit card portfolio. Implement innovative tactics for Card Acquisition across multiple channels, including branches, telemarketing, digital platforms, and partnerships with various associations. Analyze the customer portfolio to establish a focused strategy for core and co-branded cards, aiming to improve the performance and profitability of newly acquired cardholders. Design and execute effective customer segmentation strategies for Card Upgrade, Conversion, and Activation initiatives. Initiate new business projects to maximize returns both qualitatively and quantitatively. Foster and maintain sustainable relationships with co-branded partners, negotiating favorable business terms that contribute to positive outcomes. Collaborate with various card association partners to negotiate optimal deals. Lead product enhancements and the development of new products in response to market changes. Coach and develop a team to foster high performance and collaboration, achieving business targets while delivering high-quality, professional results. What we’re looking for Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines Minimum 10 years of experience in the credit card industry, with experience in managerial level Expertise in credit card product development, marketing, sales and customer management Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging trends in the credit card and payments industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively To apply for this position, please simply click on the APPLY button or send your full resume in Word format to indicating the job title.
