Senior Project Manager at JLL As Senior Project Manager you’ll take total responsibility for the overall success of major projects—guiding teams in each phase to achieve outcomes that exceed clients’ expectations and meet JLL’s commercial objectives. Driven and ambitious by nature, you have a mastery of the ins and outs of business—from products and systems to processes, tools and best practices. You’ll need to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view. Leading projects to success For each project, you’ll establish an effective organisational structure for reporting, communication and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place. You’ll lead a highly motivated project team that is eager to contribute and in sync with stakeholders’ mind‑sets. You’ll also attend project meetings, submit monthly reports and monitor project budgets, so an eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks will serve you well. Making clients our first priority The best person for this job is one who always considers what’s best for our clients. You’ll maintain a strong and positive relationship with clients by identifying their needs, requirements and constraints, while ensuring that the project’s revenue and payment cycles are properly managed. You’ll also prospect for new business opportunities, support the preparation of PM proposals and develop relationships with other business lines through clear communication and collaboration. Maintaining the JLL legacy You’ll uphold our long‑standing tradition of excellence by building a network of professional consultants to deliver each project’s scope, handling contract administration of vendors as per legal requirements, identifying and mitigating project risks, and producing regular project‑related reports, analyses and reviews. To apply you need to be: Project‑smart and technology‑savvy: a degree in a property‑related discipline and at least 10–12 years of experience in design, construction or project management. Technology savvy: comfortable with a range of project‑management platforms. Knowledgeable of the legal environment for each project, including planning, commercial aspects and delivery. A natural communicator: superior communication skills, able to handle complex conversations with business owners, senior executives and decision makers, while building strong team relationships and stakeholder engagement.
