Job Description Within the Investment Banking, the Solutions team consists of Structured Credit and Derivatives professionals focused on helping corporate, sovereign, and financial sponsor clients identify and manage risks across credit, equity, interest rates, FX, and commodities, and provide structured financing solutions. As part of the Capital Solutions Group, the Solutions team works with clients to provide strategic risk management services to our clients (corporates, sovereign wealth funds, and private equity clients). The Solutions team works closely with core investment banking groups, financing and sales and trading teams to enhance product breadth, analytical capabilities, and the overall client franchise. Associates are integral members of the team and are actively involved in all aspects of the risk management, advisory, and execution process including: origination, pricing, structuring, financial modelling, and execution of various types of risk solutions. Responsibilities Utilize knowledge of corporate finance, derivatives and financing to assist with the client dialogue and solutions Develop proficiency (including pricing and structuring skills) in macro markets and products across credit, equity, interest rates, FX, and commodities Interact with clients and other groups at Goldman Sachs Prepare and analyze complex financial and pricing models and company financial statements Coordinate with other division colleagues when required on pricing and execution Prepare presentations and marketing materials Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus minimum one year experience in a relevant role Ability and interest in transitioning between multiple topic areasstructured credit, equity derivatives, FICC derivatives), coupled with a demonstrated knowledge and experience in financial markets and risk management Strong attention to detail Drive, enthusiasm, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills Strong quantitative and technical abilities Ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy Mandarin is required; other Asian languages are highly preferred Solid knowledge and experience in the credit space (including, but not limited to, leveraged finance, structured finance, asset‑backed finance) is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
