The spaces are like no other, with a fantastic team to supervise. This is a leadership role that will give room and scope to grow and have significant input into the evolution of our hotel brand in Australia. In this role, you will be assisting the venue manager in running the show This a Part-Time or Casual role and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Assist F&B Supervisor to oversee F&B operations in a way that maximises efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery, in line with Ovolo standards and procedures Managing a diverse breakfast service while also preparing refined cocktails and serving all alcoholic beverages behind the bar, ensuring guests receive an exceptional breakfast experience. Deliver effectual on and off job training initiatives to F&B Attendants of a lower level on a regular basis in line with identified training needs, so that the team is familiar with all products and services, including full knowledge of menus and wine lists, service standards and procedures Implement comprehensive and systematic training for new F&B Attendants and providing clear guidance and support to conduct their roles to required level of performance Devise comprehensive and user-friendly standards and procedures for all food and beverage operations and communicate effectively across the team About you...
