About the Company The Sales Director is an Executive Leader responsible for developing and driving the hotel's revenue-generating sales initiatives. This senior role translates market opportunities into concrete sales plans, coordinates execution across all sales channels/products and teams, and ensures strategies maximize market share and financial performance in alignment with the hotel's brand standards. About the Job Own and lead the process of developing sales strategies for different products of the property Identify future revenue opportunities and effectively communicate actionable sales strategies to the sales organization and marketing colleagues. Collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue to provide strategic input on pricing, inventory, channel management, and distribution related to all market segments. Ensure that core commercial strategies are effectively communicated to all sales managers and are adapted quickly as market conditions fluctuate. Partner with Marketing & Communications to develop the strategic proposition for Marketing offers (online and offline) that drive sales conversion. Identify specific market/country and demand focus areas that require dedicated sales and marketing campaigns. Analyze business trends, booking pace, and competitive sets (product, pricing, inventory) to identify sales gaps and opportunities. Evaluate weekly and monthly reports to understand trends and opportunities vs. competitive set, ensuring targeted Relative RevPAR positioning is achieved. Develop and implement event/seasonal specific strategies P&L owner of the team, manage the budget through monthly forecasting. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales channels and determine the proper deployment of spend in these segments to maximize return on investment. Skills & Experiences Required Degree holder in hotel and/or business related discipline Minimum 10 years of experience working in a luxury hotel with prior experience in a sales function with knowledge on Group, Corporate, Leisure) Experience leading a sizeable team, preferably covering different functions including sales, revenue, marketing Must be part of the executive committee team of the hotel Proven strong business acumen, results driven and analytical Relationship driven, strategic thinking, self‑motivated Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must Relocation to Taiwan is required Interested candidates, please send updated resume to Tommy Wong at #J-18808-Ljbffr
