Located at the most fashionable address of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, you will be part of a dynamic team to drive for maximizing the long-term growth of the Hotel by increasing hotel's revenue and delivering high standards in guest experience in alignment with the culture and values of Langham Hospitality Group. Responsibilities Establish strong relationship with associations in China and solicits business opportunities from different segments including government delegations, corporate, MICE, leisure, local distributors or agents in China etc. Assist in planning and executing all sales activities especially for China market (sales inquiries, proposals, contracts, sales presentation, market research, etc) including designated region(s) or and segments. Entertain and conduct site inspection to relevant Companies representatives / Government officials / delegates whenever required. Analyze current and potential markets, trends, competitor activities and strategizes to optimize revenue. Directly report to and work closely with Director of Sales – China for preparing the departmental annual budget and goals and station in Chengdu or Chongqing is preferred (Business travel is required). Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Management / Executive Committee. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar capacity in Luxury Hotels with proven records with focus on China market. High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen. Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and be able to drive business to meet the tight deadline. Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese and native speaker of Mandarin. Excellent skills in PC based application programs. Work visa is required. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Manager – China.
