Head of Brokerage (RO 1, 2 – Fintech/Securities) Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the securities services industry, especially in online trading (including app trading). Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of securities services products, including, but not limited to, HK and US stocks and stock options. Sales Acumen: Strong business development skills, implementing a multi-channel sales strategy. Securities Services: Act as app relationship manager and partner with the research department to provide excellent services to our clients. Business Management: Work with management to ensure online securities business requirements are properly and clearly delivered and incorporated into our operations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Qualifications in SFC RO1, 2 regulated activities. Strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements around algorithmic / electronic trading and client relationship building in online securities business Proven experience successfully driving day-to-day execution and strategic projects across a large matrixed organization. Strong problem solving, analytical, execution and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to engage with technology to understand system implementation.
