香港貿易發展局(香港貿發局)是專責推廣香港對外貿易的法定機構,現誠聘以下職位:
辦公室助理職責:
- 分發和送遞辦公室內部文件及郵件
- 處理本地和海外郵政及速遞(文件和包裹)
- 需外勤工作,例如到銀行、政府部門等
- 支援一般行政工作及辦公室設施相關服務,例如接待處服務、會議室傢俱設置及日常檢查、補充文具及影印紙等
- 有需要時執行公司指派其他雜務
- 工作時間:週一至週五,上午8時至下午5時(每週工作五天)
要求:
- 中五程度或以上,簡單英語閱讀
- 具備兩年以上相關工作經驗,如曾在規模較大的公司工作優先
- 責任心強,守時有禮,穩定可靠,具備良好的團隊合作精神
- 簡單電腦應用,熟悉MS Office(如Excel、Word、中文文字處理)者優先考慮
- 能即時上班者優先
