Global Business Development Manager, Hearing Aid Accessories OEM/ODM Company Profile We are an innovative technology company, backed by a listed corporation, specializing in hearing aid care solutions. Position Overview This role is pivotal in transforming leading hearing aid companies into our strategic ODM/OEM partners. Based in Hong Kong, your core mission is to formulate and execute global sales strategies, deeply penetrate key markets such as Europe and North America, maintain key customer relationships, and ultimately achieve and exceed sales targets. ⭐ Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Preference given to International Trade, Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Business English, or related majors. Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B international sales experience. At least 2 years of key account sales experience in consumer electronics or medical/healthcare electronics. Candidates with sales experience or networks within hearing aid ecosystem will be highly preferred. Backgrounds in related fields such as medical device accessories/peripherals or consumer electronics will also be valued. Language: Fluent in English (as a working language). Proficiency in other foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, German) is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multi-level stakeholders in complex projects. Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp the technical features and application scenarios of hearing aid care cases and related consumer electronic products.
