Our core markets span emerging regions such as Africa, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Role Summary You will manage end-to-end merchandising and shipping operations for lifestyle mobile accessories. This position requires a self-driven individual capable of independently handling the full set of import/export documentation and coordinating with suppliers, factories, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. The role also supports brand development, sales enablement, and vendor management, contributing directly to the company’s growth in emerging markets across Africa, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Key Responsibilities Report directly to the General Manager. Manage the full spectrum of merchandising and import/export shipping operations. Coordinate with suppliers and factories for quotations, sample handling, and product procurement. Oversee customer orders and liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and buyers to ensure smooth supply‑chain flow from PO to shipment. Handle full set of import/export shipping documentation. Prepare and maintain weekly shipment reports. Support brand building and product development initiatives. Assist the sales team with customer enquiries, offering timely and cost‑effective solutions. Source and evaluate new suppliers to strengthen the vendor base. Review vendor capabilities regularly to maintain high service standards. Ensure product quality and timely delivery to customers. Maintain accurate product cost data to support effective price negotiations. Execute product plans to meet inventory and sales targets. Contribute to ODM and OEM project execution. Ideal Candidates Tertiary education or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Minimum 4 years of experience in shipping, merchandising, or procurement—preferably in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, or related products. Proven experience in product sourcing and supplier negotiation. Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin). Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior experience in a brand, trading company, or buying office is highly preferred. What We Offer 5‑day work week.
