Responsibilities Accounting Tasks (Must): Perform basic financial duties such as account reconciling, payroll, MPF, invoicing, tax filing, and sales analysis. Experience in managing full set of accounts is an advantage. Back Office Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, data entry, maintain records, prepare reports, web research, manage contracts, and assist with contract negotiation. Support Front Counter Services: Account billing, opening and closing. Provide clear and engaging explanations of gas appliance / LPG gas services to clients via phone, face-to-face interactions in showrooms. This position encompasses both back-office and front-counter roles. Client Inquiries: Address and resolve both external and internal customer questions, sales and bill inquiries, complaints, and answer phone calls. Willing to respond to urgent WhatsApp messages after office hours is a must. Requirements Diploma or above equivalent; Minimum 7 years of experience in sales administration and accounting roles in Hong Kong. Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Accounting software. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and selling skills. Accounting education and experience in handling financial tasks (e.g., payroll, MPF, invoicing, sales report, P&L analysis, tax document preparation) is highly desirable. Compensation Pay: $18,000 - $19,000 (13 months' pay) and commission. Application Process Prior to the oral interview, suitable candidates will be invited to a written test.
