BI Project Manager | Finance Transformation | 45k+ We are looking for a BI Project Manager to be part of our large-scale digital transformation project. You will be instrumental in migrating complex multidimensional data models for our finance data migration projects to help the team overcome performance limitations and deliver high-impact reporting solutions. Role Summary: As a BI Project Manager, you will lead the design, migration, and optimization of SSAS solutions integrated with Power BI in an on-premises setup. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the reporting infrastructure is scalable, secure, and future‑ready. Your contributions will play a vital role in the success of our enterprise‑wide digital transformation efforts, driving operational improvements and enabling key business decisions through effective collaboration and analytical problem‑solving. Key Responsibilities: Design and build SSAS multidimensional models aligned with Power BI best practices. Migrate Power BI data models to SSAS to overcome performance constraints. Configure SSAS server connections to Oracle databases using SSL certificates and native connectivity (non‑ODBC). Manage SSAS model version control and deploy across testing and production environments. Monitor and optimize SSAS performance to ensure system stability and responsiveness. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and communicate effectively across stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Power BI and SSAS (Multidimensional), with strong skills in data modeling and performance tuning. Hands‑on experience with SSAS migration and Oracle DB connectivity using SSL certificates. Solid SQL skills and familiarity with version control and deployment in offline or private cloud environments. Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in English or Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.
