We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results‑driven individual to lead our sales growth across Asia Pacific. As a Senior Sales Associate, APAC, you will help develop and execute our regional commercial strategy, build strong client relationships, and expand our footprint across the region. This role requires a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑time‑zone environment with a deep understanding of APAC’s business landscape. Due to the nature of the role, a person with a deep network in the ETF, asset management, I‑Bank, or Indexing is essential. Key Responsibilities Drive commercial growth across APAC, focusing on ETF issuers, asset managers, I‑Banks, and sovereign wealth funds Manage and cultivate a strong client network, identifying and converting new business opportunities Lead regional sales strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with global objectives Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless delivery across multiple time zones What We’re Looking For: Dynamic, ambitious, and driven – with a relentless focus on results Independent thinker who takes initiative and thrives with autonomy Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to navigate complex business environments Essential Experience & Skills: ~5 years of index experience or relevant work at an ETF issuer/ Asset Manager/ I‑Bank/ Index provider Strong product knowledge in indices or products tracking indices Extensive network in APAC financial markets Proven track record of sales growth and business development success Fluency in Japanese, Korean, and/or Mandarin is highly desirable Why Join Us?
