You’ll work fast, think deep, and balance speed with rigor. About The Team The SME & Growth sales team partners with ambitious businesses globally. Your primary focus will be acquiring new Retail and F&B SME customers in Hong Kong, pitching, negotiating, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Responsibilities Accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition across Retail and F&B SMEs in Hong Kong. Own the full sales cycle and territory management from prospecting to close. Ensure the best customer experience and onboarding process for new customers. Represent Airwallex at client meetings and events. Maintain a current and potential customer database using our CRM and forecast accurately. Show success orientation and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes. Consistently go the extra mile to achieve results. Requirements 4+ years of sales experience selling technical/financial products with a track record of top performance. Strong inside and outbound sales experience, having won Retail and/or F&B customers in Hong Kong. Excellent presentation, communication, and solution‑selling skills. Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft cross‑product solutions. Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements. Strong analytical skills and an organized way of working. Superior verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
