What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role Handle compliance and AML reporting in a timely and accurate manner. Conduct periodic reviews and trigger‑event checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy. Handle consumer credit data contributions, maintenance, and correction. Participate in projects on new process/service development, automation of new processes and system enhancement/UAT to improve operational efficiency. Take ownership of given tasks and deliver in highest quality. What is required and what we’re looking for Degree or above in Business Administration or related field. At least 3 years of professional experience in unsecured lending and credit operations, preferably in the banking sector. Strong understanding of loan products, processes, and regulatory requirements. Able to work independently and handle multi‑tasking in a stressful environment. Good logical and analytical reasoning capabilities. Team player, multi‑tasking skills, can‑do attitude, and ability to work under pressure with tight timelines. Be flexible, show initiative and respond quickly when situations change. Fluent in verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Officer.
