About the role We are seeking a Senior IT Infra & Support Officer / Assistant IT Infra & Support Manager with strong expertise in system and helpdesk support to play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations across our multiple sites. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Humansa’s core IT infrastructure including cloud infrastructure, user access management and enterprise IT systems. You will also provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams to implement infrastructure improvements that align with business needs, while ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place. What you will be doing Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure , including provisioning, monitoring, and optimizing virtual machines (VMs). Manage Active Directory , Group Policy , and user access controls to ensure secure and efficient identity management. Oversee network infrastructure including WIFI , ensuring reliable connectivity and security across all locations. Provide Level 2/3 technical support for escalated issues related to infrastructure and systems. Implement, manage, and maintain IT security infrastructure and policies, including firewalls, endpoint protection, patch management, and threat prevention. Monitor systems for security vulnerabilities , conduct regular audits, and respond to incidents; evaluate and deploy infrastructure and security solutions. Manage and maintain servers, databases, and web platforms to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. Participate in IT audits , compliance reviews, and documentation of systems and procedures. Lead or contribute to ad‑hoc IT projects , infrastructure upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives. What We’re Looking For Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and support roles. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), VM management , and Windows/Linux Server administration . Strong knowledge of Active Directory , Group Policy , Linux , MySQL , WordPress , and IT security best practices . Experience with firewalls , antivirus solutions , SIEM tools , and vulnerability management . Familiarity with ITIL practices , ticketing systems , and incident response . Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
