Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 8-10 years of proven, hands‑on experience in corporate finance, with a demonstrable track record in executing ECM, M&A, or Debt transactions. In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and listing requirements. Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills. Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. A proactive, stable, and collaborative team player.
