Regional Institutional Sales Director

Role Overview Drive business development efforts, build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand our institutional client base in Hong Kong, Singapore, and other Asia Pacific regions. Develop and execute regional institutional business strategy to attract and retain institutional clients by developing and executing proactive, creative, ongoing contact initiatives and other initiatives aligning with the company’s overall objectives. Provide solutions offering with the client requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders like regional institutional sales and portfolio managers to ensure alignment of clients’ objectives and goals, stay updated on market trends and deliver top-tier client service. Creation and preparation of tailored investment solutions, sales presentations, negotiate terms and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Advisory to research teams on target industry/ corporate research analysis reports for clients, including coordinate with internal teams on close-chain projects and to optimize workflow. Requirements Bachelor degree in Finance, economics or other related disciplines with minimum 10 years of investment sales and marketing experience, and/or experience in providing capital market solutions to corporate or institutional clients in Asia. Strong institutional client relationships and able to kickstart quickly. Excellent customer skills and a strong sense of initiative, drive and ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets. Able to work independently effectively across multiple groups including regional offices and lines of business. Familiar with investment assets, strategies, products and ability to advise institutional investors on asset allocation studies and present investment proposals.
