Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on project progress and outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
