Wai Yuen Tong Medicine Co. Ltd. is a renowned and trusted name in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), dedicated to advancing health and wellness through innovation, quality, and tradition. We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our business operations, drive sustainable growth, and strengthen our market leadership position in the healthcare and TCM industry. Key Responsibilities Establish and implement departmental objectives, policies, and strategies in alignment with the company’s vision and goals. Provide leadership and direction to departmental heads and management teams to achieve business excellence. Foster a culture of performance, teamwork, and accountability through coaching, mentoring, and talent development. Oversee resources allocation and operational priorities to support sustainable business growth. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency at all levels. Oversee overall business performance and financial management, including P&L, budgeting, and profitability of the TCM business. Develop and implement effective budgetary control systems, financial monitoring, and recordkeeping processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Act as the representative of the company with customers, partners, and key external stakeholders. Ensure adherence to company compliance, policies, and local legal, financial, and regulatory requirements. Drive both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line performance through strategic financial leadership. Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing (S&M) functions to achieve company objectives and business targets. Oversee retail and non-retail channels to expand market reach and enhance sales performance. Manage marketing communications, brand strategy, and product marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and explore new business growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales plans and marketing programs. Supervise new product development and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely project delivery and sufficient inventory to support market demand. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred. Minimum of 20 years of senior management experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership position within the FMCG, healthcare, or TCM industry. Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen with proven experience in business expansion and organizational transformation. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. High level of integrity, vision, and commitment to corporate excellence.
