Responsibilities Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Management & Board and Committees. Provide company secretarial services and support. Arrange annual returns and other statutory filings and prepare minutes. Provide administrative and secretarial support including drafting of meeting minutes for the Board and senior management to ensure smooth running of meetings. Organise intensive schedules for meetings, conferences, appointments and events, travel and hotel arrangements. Update the Appeal & potential contact / VIP to CRM. Handle special projects independently. Work on ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Degree holder in Corporate Governance and Administration or equivalent. At least 5 years of company experience in relevant field, preferably with 2‑3 years working experience in company secretarial services. Self‑motivated, well‑organised and detail‑minded with a strong sense of responsibility. Proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing. High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality. Immediately available preferred.
