Executive Officer in the Office of the Senior Vice-President (Innovation and Enterprise) (Ref. R/365/25) The appointee will work under the Institute of Digital Medicine (IDM) and will be responsible for providing all-round support to IDM projects. Duties Support the operation of IDM projects, including but not limited to executive education programmes and research collaboration activities. Assist in organising meetings for IDM projects, including preparing reports, presentation materials and minutes. Plan, implement and develop projects related to IDM according to requirements and objectives. Oversee all aspects of project management from start to finish, including collaborators liaison, logistics arrangement, budget management, preparation for publicity and promotional materials etc; and Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in project management/office administration in the higher education sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Proven project management and multitasking abilities, with a track record of driving multiple initiatives forward efficiently. Detail-oriented, with excellent execution and problem-solving abilities. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Occasional travel would be required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test. Salary and Conditions of Service Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
