Assistant Vice President, Procurement and Vendor Management Handle and process purchase requisition, sourcing, tender services, service placement related procurement duties; Corporate services contract and services management; Process and verify the documents of invoices and prepare payment requests; Assist in the analysis of tendering process, procurement evaluation, vendor selection and performance management; Assist in reviewing and ensuring adequate and appropriate internal control mechanism in place on all workflow process; Perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments. Requirements: Degree holder in business or related studies; 3 - 6 year's procurement experience in banking industries or sizable organizations; Basic knowledge in Banking & Finance; Detail-minded; and high level of accuracy in inputting; Good communication, with positive and can-do attitude; Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
