Assistant Manager, Leasing Administration (Ref.: GCH-AMLA) Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related property discipline CPA or other professional qualifications in Accountancy or Internal Audit are highly preferred At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in leasing operations, property management, or budget control, preferably within a major property developer Strong analytical mindset with a systematic approach and high commitment to internal audit Able to work under pressure and dedication to a long-term career growth Proficiency in MS Office applications Good command of both written English and Chinese Willingness to travel occasionally We will offer attractive compensation package to the right candidate.
