Leasing Administration Officer 租賃行政 5‑day work week Commercial Complex Portfolios Commercial Real Estate About the company. We are partnering with local property developer in Hong Kong. They are seeking a detail‑oriented Leasing Administration Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the department head. About the job. Prepare, process, and manage all lease‑related documents, including tenancy agreements, renewal notices, and termination letters. Maintain and update the company’s leasing database with accurate tenant information, property details, and lease terms. Process and track security deposits, rental payments, and billing adjustments. Assist in preparing monthly leasing reports. Act as a key point of contact for tenants regarding administrative inquiries, maintenance scheduling, and lease interpretation. Ensure all leasing activities comply with local regulations and company policies. Skills & experiences required HD/Degree holders in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in administration or a relevant leasing role. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good command in Chinese and English.
