Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Officer / Leasing Assistant (Commercial) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Provide comprehensive leasing support, including tenancy administration, preparation of lease documents, handling lease inquiries, conducting premises inspections, negotiating commercial terms, and addressing related matters. Prepare and update leasing reports, conduct market research and intelligence, and analyze data to identify market trends. Manage all leasing documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and agreements. Coordinate all leasing‑related interactions and relationships with both internal and external partners. Oversee the daily operations of leasing agreements, ensuring that all properties are well‑maintained and meet required standards. Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants, property agents and business partners. Analyze market trends and conduct data research to prepare regular leasing reports. Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager. Requirements Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or other related disciplines. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in leasing and tenancy administration of office properties in Hong Kong, with familiarity in landlord/tenancy ordinances and leasing procedures. Independent, proactive and analytical with market sense. A collaborative team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Holder of Estate Agent's Licence is preferred. Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer or Leasing Assistant. Commensurate remuneration and other fringe benefits will be offered to the right candidate.
