Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end procurement processes for E&M systems, including HVAC, power distribution, fire services, and other critical infrastructure components. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and vendor teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing aligned with project timelines. Prepare and manage tender documents, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Support procurement reporting, budgeting, and cost control initiatives. Qualifications Data center procurement experience will be highly preferred. Experience in construction industry will also be considered. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in data center or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with E&M systems and technical procurement processes. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
