Role Overview – Graduate Training Programme in Insurance Operations Bowtie is searching for energetic, driven, and purpose-led graduates to join our fast-growing team as a Graduation Trainee in Insurance Operations. You will play a key role in our customer-centric organisation, gaining hands‑on experience across the insurance operations process, and contributing to our mission to bring “good” back to insurance. Key Responsibilities: Through our 24/35‑month rotation program, you will gain hands‑on experience across core insurance operation functions, including Customer Support, Policy Servicing, Underwriting, and Claims. You will gain authority in these respective areas, participate in special projects, and hands‑on implementing automation / process enhancement project.
