This programme is perfect for those eager to make an impact, embrace learning, and grow into a marketing leadership role within a dynamic FinTech/HealthTech company Key Responsibilities: Graduate Trainee in Marketing Through our 24‑month rotation program, you will gain intensive, hands‑on experience across core digital marketing and product commercialization functions, including Product, Performance Media, Organic Growth, YouTube, and Customer Proposition. You will gain mastery in these respective areas through hands‑on execution, participate in strategic projects, and process enhancement. What We Look For – Graduate Marketing Trainee Profile Recent university graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement. Creative thinker with excellent problem‑solving capability and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages such as Cantonese are a plus). Team player; adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Right to work in Hong Kong. Preferred, But Not Essential Previous internship or project experience in marketing, communications, or branding. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, or social media advertising.
