Marketing Manager/Associate Marketing Manager, Enteral Nutrition

Responsibilities Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies for assigned product groups, managing brand identity, integrated campaigns, and resources to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals. Drive Product Launches: Evaluate new product potential, conduct market assessments, prioritize launches based on data, and develop positioning, communication, and operational plans for successful market entry. Build KOL Relationships: Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gain endorsements, support clinical studies, and deliver presentations to enhance brand equity and business revenue. Enhance Team Training: Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge through research and global networking, and train the sales team to ensure they have the skills to meet business objectives. Lead and Manage Teams: Coach and support the sales team to achieve targets, monitor performance, address gaps, and ensure effective execution of marketing and sales activities. Ensure Compliance and Reporting: Foster relationships with distributors and retailers, maintain internal communications, and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) and complaints within 1 business day. Qualifications Postgraduate in Dietetics or bachelor’s degree in science (Food & Nutritional Science, Biochemistry, Biology or Nursing preferred) / Business Management or related disciplines At least 8 years marketing management experience, at least 3-4 years in Nutritional products/ Health supplements / OTC product; ideally from sizable nutrition / pharmaceutical company Marketing experience of pharmaceutical /nutrition are essential, solid marketing management experience Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving Independent and able to work under pressure Mature, self-motivated and has good interpersonal & people coaching skills Good command of both written and spoken English Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered for Associate Marketing Manager We offer a 5-day work week and flexible work environment.
