Job Description Accountant (Regional Finance Department) Location: Shatin Science Park Business: MNC semiconductor distributor Department: Regional Finance Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm Company Overview A US & Japanese joint venture multinational corporation Leading distributor of semiconductor products Regional market coverage includes Hong Kong, China, and Asia Pacific Hong Kong office serves as the Asia Pacific regional headquarters Regional offices located in Shenzhen, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant / Financial Analyst to join our Regional Finance Team. This role offers exposure to cross-country financial operations and strategic planning across Asia Pacific. Team Structure Work within a Regional Finance team of 3 members Report directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager Key Responsibilities Support consolidation of annual budget, periodic forecasts, and actuals through close coordination with regional and country stakeholders Participate in budget preparation for the regional office Monitor performance against budget and KPIs, and proactively highlight variances Assist in preparing monthly management reports in line with corporate requirements Support quarterly reviews and year-end audit processes Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports from country offices Review country submissions and ensure detailed commentary on variances Contribute to automation and standardization of management reporting and presentations Help drive accountability and operational efficiency across finance functions Provide financial support and guidance to country finance teams Assist FP&A Manager with ad hoc assignments Ideal Candidates Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Advantage if HKICPA / ACCA qualification or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting Audit background or prior experience in MNCs is highly preferred Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to work across departments and levels High proficiency in Excel and data analysis Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese Terms & Benefits 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm) 13-month salary plus performance bonus Door-to-door transportation allowance Medical and dental insurance Life insurance coverage Annual leave: 12 days (first year) up to 20 days (maximum) Work-life balance with minimal overtime required How to Apply Please attach your CV with salary expected to . #J-18808-Ljbffr
