Leading global healthcare company Regional role with primary focusing on Asia market About Our Client Our client, a global leading healthcare company, they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Hong Kong to drive business expansion across Asia market. Job Description Developing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve business goal across Asia market. Managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals to ensure optimal performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Evaluate market trends and identifying opportunities for growth in the region. Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to senior management. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Driving customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management. The Successful Applicant Bachelor degree in Business/ marketing/ healthcare or related subject. Proven experience in sales management within Consumer Healthcare/ Consumer goods area. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Native in English, fluent is Chinese. Additional language ability is value added.
