Senior Lecturer/Lecturer (Hospitality and Tourism Management) (LiPACE) (Ref.: 25002KG) The Li Ka Shing School of Professional & Continuing Education (LiPACE) is one of the seven constituent schools of Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Established in 1992, LiPACE offers full‑time post‑secondary education, part‑time professional programs and corporate training, and promotes non‑formal learning through flagship programs for women and senior learners. We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill this position in LiPACE. Major Duties and Responsibilities Teach hospitality/tourism‑related courses at Higher Diploma and Diploma levels. Plan, develop, manage and deliver courses (including classroom teaching and work‑integrated learning) and perform academic quality assurance functions. Provide leadership, effective input and support to the continuous development and administration of relevant teams or units. Engage in professional and scholarly activities. Participate in School/University activities and administration. Perform any other duties assigned by the Dean (LiPACE) or his/her nominee(s). Candidates Higher degree and/or relevant professional qualifications. Relevant teaching, administration or professional experience including programme development, course administration and quality assurance in tertiary/continuing education. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Active involvement in professional and community activities. Proficiency in English, Chinese and preferably Putonghua.
