Communications Officer (Multimedia Production) We are a Catholic multi-service social welfare agency. Applications are invited for the following vacancy: Job Responsibilities (1) Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy in alignment with Caritas-Hong Kong’s brand identity to promote the Agency’s vision, mission, activities and campaigns. (2) Work with internal and external partners to design and produce engaging visual content, including videos, motion graphics, animations, and infographics, for digital and social media (posts, ads, banners) and print materials (newsletters, brochures, collaterals). (3) Lead and manage the creation of the Agency’s diverse brand assets, including organizational website, videos, presentations and reports. (4) Manage end-to-end production of multimedia assets, including storyboarding, filming, photo shooting, retouching and post-production. (5) Create and maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery of multimedia content across multiple channels. (6) Provide creative support through photography and videography for Caritas-Hong Kong’s events, campaigns and promotions. (7) Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements (1) Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia content production, website design and development, and visual communications. (2) Expertise and hands‑on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, Canva and generative AI tools. (3) A robust portfolio demonstrating strong design and branding sense, visual storytelling and multimedia production skills. (4) Track record of creating engaging content across different social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. (5) Knowledge in digital marketing and web analytics is a plus. (6) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage. (7) Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. (8) Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills. (9) Self‑motivated, responsible, detailed‑minded with creative and can‑do mindset. (10) Experience of working in public or non‑profit organization is preferred.
