Deputy Finance Manager

Responsibilities Act as Deputy of Finance Manager to manage a small team to oversee financial reporting Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports, and implement monthly variance reporting Ensure timely and efficient processing of all payments, including vendor payments, payroll, and employee reimbursements Implement and maintain effective internal controls Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, laws, and regulations, including statutory and tax filings Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g. legal, HR, operation) Assist in the enhancement and establishment of SOPs Liaise with external auditors Participate in ERP system implementation with IT, ensuring seamless integration and data quality Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance their performance and skills Assist with ad‑hoc special projects e.g. system implementation, budgeting and analyses as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting CPA or equivalent accounting qualification Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities 8+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation; Big 4 audit experience is an advantage Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sun) and MS Office applications Industry experience in mining is a strong advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills To apply, please send full CV with current/ last salary & expected salary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
