Deputy Head of Finance, State Owned Chinese Broker Assist the Department Head in leading the team and providing value-added finance and accounting services. Manage the finance and accounting functions for group accounts, including preparing reporting packages for the parent company, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting. Oversee daily accounting operations and address matters related to licensed corporations registered with the SFC. Take charge of the treasury function, including managing cash flow projections and monitoring capital investments and treasury activities of the company. Liaise with external auditors and tax representatives for statutory reporting and taxation issues. Prepare for statutory audits and tax returns. Participate in ad hoc enhancement projects in operations. Qualifications University graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines. Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience. At least 5 years of experience in Chinese securities houses or investment banks. Solid managerial experience. Qualified Accountant. Native in Mandarin. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Numerically sensitive and able to meet tight deadlines.
